Private Sessions

I offer private yoga in a 1-on-1 setting for those looking for a more tailored session, addressing key concerns, or working on a specific element of your yoga practice.

These sessions may deal with the physical asana, or be an opportunity to dive into the subtle energetic practices of yoga, through pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation.

What you can expect:

  • A secure, sensitive and grounding space (either virtual or in-person).

  • An opportunity to explore your current state of being. Each session is guided by you and what you would like to explore. This may be related to what you are currently experiencing in life (emotionally, life changes, etc), your goals or any injuries you are working with.

  • A practice tailored for where you are at: this might be a physical yoga practice (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, mudra or mantra.

Investment:

$100 per session
